Society of Hispanic Engineers

Viasat has established 合作伙伴关系 with multiple college and university chapters of the Society of Hispanic Engineers (SHPE) to provide a more diverse candidate pipeline

Historically black colleges and universities

Viasast has ramped up its outreach to Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), and schools to boost recruitment and provide more opportunities for underrepresented minorities

We sponsor multiple fellowships with organizations such as Hiring our Heroes, Wounded Warrior Project, 美国.S. 空气 Force Cooperative, USSO.com, and more to provide professional development and employment opportunities for transitioning military members

Viasat partnered with 美国niversity of California at San Diego’s (UCSD) 捆扎 program, a binational summer research program encouraging students, researchers and teachers to explore the sciences and engineering fields, while promoting crossborder friendships between 墨西哥 and 美国nited States.

National Urban League

Viasat is a sponsor of the National Urban League, and works with the Columbia Urban League and Fairfield County School District to help bridge the digital 股本 gap in "internet deserts."

Women's leadership program

Working with UCLA Anderson Executive Education, Viasat’s women’s leadership program brings women from across the company together to focus on developing leadership mindset and decision-making skills, increasing presence and 影响, and building relationship and influence.

50/50 Women on Boards

Viasat is a sponsor of 50/50 Women on Boards to support their mission of accelerating gender balance and diversity on boards of Russell 3000 Index companies, with women holding 50% of the board seats and women of color holding at least 20% of the board seats.
